Fujifilm's FinePix S6000fd Named as one of Popular Photography’s Outstanding Products for 2006

The editors of Popular Photography & Imaging magazine have selected the Fujifilm FinePix S6000fd as a 2006 POP (Photography's Outstanding Products) Award recipient.

The POP Awards recognize 25 photo-related products that made a significant contribution to the advancement and enjoyment of photography for 2006. The magazine acknowledged the FinePix S6000fd as “a new honor student” in the EVF/Superzoom class, citing “outstanding image quality, dynamic range, and ISOs up to 3200” afforded by Fujifilm’s sixth-generation 6.3MP Super CCD HR sensor, Face Detection Technology, and “a wide variety of other advanced features for serious photographers” as the camera’s winning combination.
