Fujifilm announces trifecta of digital cameras, extends Face Detection capability to 8 MP model

Next week at CES, Fujifilm will display the just announced FinePix F40fd - an 8 MegaPixel compact digital camera with Fujifilm's proprietary Face Detection Technology. The company will also showcase two new entry level models featuring Fujifilm’s Super CCD sensor - the 6 MP FinePix A610 and 8 MP FinePix A800. Also at CES, Fujifilm exec Rich Gadomski, VP of Marketing, will join entertainment and technology industry leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities created by a need to manage and distribute digital and increasingly high definition entertainment content.
